Justin Cowling,

Vice Chair

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Legal Studies from the University of Mississippi. He is earning his Master of Arts Degree in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies at the University of Maryland. Justin is a forward-thinking educational professional skilled in collaborating with government officials and administrators, to create and provide optimum office and program management and endless educational opportunities for minority K-12 and collegiate students inside and outside of educational environments. Successful at maximizing the effectiveness of established programs, designing and improving face to face and online operations, managing heavy loaded schedules and press releases and integrating technology platforms in business and educational settings. Superior planner, scheduler, manager, problem-solver, diversity and inclusion curricula creator and program manager accustom to high performing environments.

Bianca Little spearheads and facilitates conversations on topics that impact her community. As former Director of Programming for HBCU Wall Street, she continues to moderate empowerment and wealth creation in the Black community. Her additional facilitation experiences include engagements for Lockheed Martin’s African American employee network, the New Leaders Council Institute, and the Innovate Your Cool conference. Bianca is the former Ms. Black District of Columbia USA and a member of the Federal City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Bianca currently works in the Community Reinvestment Office at Capital One. She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Howard University and an M.B.A from the George Washington University. Bianca is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jessica Ubanyionwu, MD,

Sr. Advisor to the Board

Dr. Jessica Ubanyionwu is a soon to be leader in the field of obstetrician-gynecology (OB/GYN). She has completed her residency at Howard University and will be taking her talents to Kaiser Permanente. She is a proud Texas native who would summarize her youth as a journey of self discovery and learning to love ones self. Before pursuing medical school, she was an 8th grade teacher who had and still has a enthusiasm for helping with the development of the youth and helping them achieve their goals.  Her passion has always been to see minority people become successful in their endeavors and for them to make their dreams come true. She is devoted to the guidance and support of those in need. She credits the mentors that she has had in her life for impacting her future in a positive way and wants to return the favor through her leadership in the organization.
