Our mentorship program is not only involved in the educational accomplishments of our young men in the program but also involved in their personal walks in life. Our mentors are dedicated to their success in the classroom as well as success in the obstacles that life brings

Through partnerships, events, and our mentors, we will be exposing the children to influential individuals, people of diverse college backgrounds, and different professions.

Through motivation and understanding, we will guide these future leaders in conflict resolution, critical thinking, and equip them with an arsenal of positive ways to handle the uncertainties of life.

Our goal is to create future leaders of tomorrow through study hall, mandatory events, and the carefully selected mentors in our program. Our young men will learn skills that will not just translate to the classroom but also to their everyday life and community. We encourage our young men to get involved in school academic and athletic activities as well as community activities.

We are dedicated to teach the young men of our program about their self worth, their heritage, and appreciation for who they are and where they come from. Our mission is to flip the negative narratives that may possible impact their self view and to help them find the beauty in wherever they are in life and to hold a type of confidence that cannot be waivered.

Our approach is simple, we don’t believe in the traditional mentor to mentee relationship or participant to participant relationship. We believe in BROTHERHOOD, and through this brotherhood, we make everyone from mentor to mentee feel like family.

Bringing Dreams within Reach for Children
We believe that any dream a child has can be achievable. We work to expose the children of our program to various people of various educational and professional backgrounds that look like them, to inspire them and build confidence in themselves to dream big and obtain their dreams.
The Keys to a New Future for children, are those who are involved
Our mentorship program pairs children with people who will not only be involved with academic life but also personal life. We are dedicated to our young men’s growth in all areas of their development. This is a brotherhood, a family, and a safe space for our young men to be them and to express themselves.

Finding a New Life—in a New Land
The more you experience beyond your own environment, the more you know and understand. Our organization is also focused on introducing the young men to different cultures and new lands to help them grow and to see that the world is a beautiful place full of learning experiences and to inspire them to not onl be a contributor to their society but to the world.
The Children who Break New Ground
Our young men are actively involved in the community through volunteer efforts and a platform given to them to find innovative ways to make their community better and to make our program better. We are inspiring a generation of critical thinkers and problem solvers.
Confidence is Key
Anything is obtainable as long as you have confidence. Through inspiring self love and placing these young men in positions of leadership through activities, group sessions, and public speaking, we know that they will walk in room, classroom, and in their communities with their heads held high and ready for any situation.
